A. Invocation-Pastor William A. Gerrard III, Ocoee Christian Church. B. Pledge of Allegiance. C. Roll Call and Determination of Quorum. II. PRESENTATIONS AND PROCLAMATIONS A. Proclamation: Florida City Government Week, October 3-9, 1993. III. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately. A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of Regular Commission Meeting of September 21, 1993 and Budget Public Hearing of September 27, 1993. B. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Distribution Easement for Florida Power Corporation - Effluent Disposal Site/Golf Course. IV. COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS/PUBLIC V. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Ordinance No. 93-17, updating Interim Services Fees. B. Ordinance No. 93-18, adopting Personel Rules and Regulations. VI. OTHER BUSINESS A. Discussion re: Emergency Preparedness Checklist (Tabled from September 21 meeting). B. Resolution No.93-08,adopting Concurrency Report and Infrastructure Deficiencies Map. C. Resolution No. 93-14, relating to Cable Rate Regulations (FCC Certification). D. Discussion re: Charter E. Direction for Staff re: Non-Profit Organization Requests Ocoee City Commission Regular Meeting October 5, 1993 F. Appointments to Boards. 1. Code Enforcement Board - Mark Slaby was moved to regular seat July 6, 1993. Need appointment to complete his term as alternate which expires October 1995. VII. STAFF REPORTS VIII.
