BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION The application for the Final Certificate of Concurrency was received on September 9, 1993 . The application has been reviewed and there is adequate infrastructure to serve the development. RECOMMENDATION Staff respectfully recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Subdivision Plans for Hudson Commercial Subdivision, Phase One (Griffin Center) along with the Developer Agreements for water and sewer capacity (Triple H Properties) which are also part of the Consent Agenda. cc: Montye Beamer, Director of Administrative Services
