SUBJECT: Griffin Center Subdivision - Phase I
ISSUE
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat for
Griffin Center Subdivision - Phase I.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Griffin Center Subdivision proposal calls for two commercial lots and access street located on
the south side of S.R.50 between Maguire and Marshall Farms Road. There has been approval
by the various City Departments, and the City Attorney's office.
Construction shall not begin until after Plat Approval by the City. The Developer has posted
a Letter of Credit for 115% of the cost of improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final
Plat.

ISSUE
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat for
Griffin Center Subdivision - Phase I.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
Griffin Center Subdivision proposal calls for two commercial lots and access street located on
the south side of S.R.50 between Maguire and Marshall Farms Road. There has been approval
by the various City Departments, and the City Attorney's office.
