SUBJECT: Plantation Grove Shopping Center/OPUS South
Issue
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final plat for
Plantation Grove Shopping Center?
Background
The shopping center plat contains one main parcel with four outparcels. Size of the center
is approximately 14 acres. The site is on the east side of Maguire Road across the road
from Windermere Grove subdivision. A Performance Bond has been posted for site
improvements on this project.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the
final plat as submitted.
