BACKGROUND Ocoee Industrial Park Phase I is a single lot subdivision approximately 0.81 acres. It is part of the West Orange Industrial Park Unit Two Plat. Location is at the intersection of Enterprise Street and L. F. Roper Parkway. The Plat would be recorded simultaneously with the Drainage Easement and the Ingress/Egress Easement (see attached). RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat as submitted.
