Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final Plat for Temple
Grove Estate Phase 2?
BACKGROUND
Temple Grove Estate Phase 2 is a 58 lot single family residential subdivision addition to the
existing Temple Grove Subdivision. The site is on the south side of Silver Star Road, east of
Clarke Road.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the Final
Plat as submitted.
