Parker, District 4 22 STAFF REPORT TO: The Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners FROM: Fran Diedrich, Human Resources Director " ko DATE: November 1, 2004 RE: Fire Department Reorganization ISSUE The Fire Chief is recommending a reorganization in the Administrative Division that will delete the position of Support Division Chief and add those duties and new duties to the position of Assistant Fire Chief. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION The Fire Chief has determined that reorganizing the Fire Department's Administrative Division can be accomplished with the same level of efficiency by deleting the position of Support Division Chief and combining those duties with the duties of the Assistant Fire Chief.
