A. Proclamation - Constitution Week, September 17 - 23, 1994.
B. Proclamation - National Osteopathic Medicine Week, October 9 - 15, 1994.
III. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of
City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission,
in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent
Agenda and such item will be considered separately.
A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting held August 2,
1994 and Budget Workshops held August 3 and 4, 1994.
B. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Extension of
Final Subdivision Plan for the OAKS at Starke Lake.
C. Approval and Authorization to purchase an Ice Machine for City Garage.
D. Approval and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute School
Resource/DARE Officer Agreement with Orange County School Board.
E. Approval and Acceptance of Cross Creek Subdivision Phase I Final Plat.
IV. COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS/PUBLIC
V. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Proposed Settlement Agreement and Release: Ronald L. Stucki and Discount
Deals, Inc. vs. City of Ocoee and Russell B. Wagner.

A. First Reading of Ordinances. Second readings and public hearings are
scheduled for September 20, 1994.

process.

D. Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Addendum No. 94-4 in the
not-to-exceed amount of $23,432 to P.E.C. for Contract Design Services for 2
New Water Supply Wells.
E. Discussion re: Future TV coverage of Commission meetings
