Background Cross Creek Phase 1 is a 158 single family residential subdivision. The site is presently being developed. It is located on Maguire Road across from Windermere Grove Subdivision. Recommendation Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final plat as submitted.
