Issue
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final plat for Shoal
Creek Subdivision?
Background
Shoal Creek is an 87 single family residential subdivision. The site is presently being developed.
It is located on Orlando Avenue.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final
plat as submitted.
