Oakland Avenue Background Summary: This short plat is for 109 W. Oakland Avenue, which consists of a 3 unit single-family residential development. Issue: The Utilities/Engineering Department requests that the Ocoee Mayor and City Commission approve the short plat for the 109 W. Oakland Avenue subdivision. Recommendations Staff recommends that the City Commission approve the final short plat of 109 W. Oakland Avenue as submitted and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the plat. Oakland Avenue ISSUE The Utilities/Engineering Department requests that the Ocoee Mayor and City Commission approve the short plat for the 109 W. Oakland Avenue subdivision. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION This short plat is for 109 W. Oakland Avenue subdivision, which consists of a 3 unit single-family residential development. 109 W. Oakland Avenue is located at the northwest corner of Oakland Avenue and Cumberland Avenue and consists of splitting the site, consisting of an existing house and detached carport into 3 lots. One lot will contain the existing house and the carport. The other 2 lots will be vacant for new building. All required documentation pertaining to the short platting of this development has been reviewed and approved by City staff.
