Scott Vandergrift STAFF REPORT TO: The Honorable Mavor and City Commissioners FROM: Alex Z Nasser, P.E. ~ March 15,2005 DATE: RE: Ocoee Business Park, Phase 1 Plat ISSUE The Utilities/Engineering Department requests that the Ocoee Mayor and City Commission approve the plat for the Ocoee Business Park Phase 1. BACKGROUNDIDISCUSSION This plat is for Ocoee Business Park Phase 1, which consists of lots 1 and 2, a 15.66 acre industrial development. Ocoee Business Park, Phase 1 is located west of and adjacent to HM Bowness Road and just north of the City of Ocoee Public Works Complex. All required documentation pertaining to the platting of this development has been reviewed and approved by City staff. The developer has posted a Letter of Credit in the amount of 115% of cost of the uncompleted work. The value of that amount is $50,000.00. This is a standard requirement in platting a development prior to the completion of all construction. The two-year Maintenance Bond will be furnished to the City at the time of Certificate of Completion.
