ISSUE
Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commission approve transfer of $20,000 from the Stormwater Operating
Contingency Funds to pay for the unexpected engineering expenditures related to stormwater management?
BACKGROUNDIDISCUSSION
In order to pay for the incurred or expected expenditures related to stormwater management, it is necessary to
make transfers $20,000 from Stormwater Operating Contingency Funds to Stormwater Engineering Expenses
The remaining balance in Stormwater Operating Contingency Funds is $43,975.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff respectfully requests that the Honorable Mayor and City Commission to approve transfer $20,000 from
Stormwater Operating Contingency Fund (line 4900) to Engineering Expenses (line 3102).
