State of the City Address - Mayor Vandergrift (This address will be broadcast at 7:00 p.m. and again immediately following this Commission meeting). B. LYNX Bus - Details on new service in Ocoee, Paul Skoutelas and Tom Rochon. III. CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of City Commissioners and will be acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately. A. Acceptance and Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 3, 1995. B. Acceptance and Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Agreement on Water/Sewer Revenue Maintenance Fees with Barry Goodman et al. IV. COMMENTS FROM CITIZENS/PUBLIC V. Ordinance No. 95-03, Lake Lotta Center Rezone. B. Comprehensive Annual Financial Report FY 93-94. C.
