RE: WEST ORANGE HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION FESTIVAL
Last year the City was a Corporate Sponsor for this event, and, as a result of an
action of the City Commission, $1,200 was taken out of Contingency. This year,
the cost of being a Corporate Sponsor is either $1,650, which includes golf and
tennis, or $1,000 without the golf and tennis.
There is currently no line item left in either your budget or my budget to afford
either the $1,650 or $1,000 figure this year, other than from the Mayor and
Commission fund which has $3,000, or Contingency. In either case, an action of
the City Commission would be required to expend these funds.
