H. CONSENT AGENDA
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Ocoee City Commission and will be
acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless discussion is desired by a
member of the Commission, in which case the Mayor will instruct the City Clerk to remove that item from the
Consent Agenda and such item will be considered separately.
A. Approval and Acceptance of the Minutes of City Commission Regular Meeting of July 21,

B. Appoint Commissioner Scott Anderson as Alternate Voting Delegate to Florida League of
Cities Conference. (CITY MANAGER SHAPIRO)
• The FLC Conference will be held in Miami Beach on August 13, 1998 and an alternate is
needed in case Mayor Vandergrift is unable to attend.
C. Approval of Waiver of Process and Authorization for Emergency Expenditure for Installation
of Acoustical Wall Covering at Vignetti Recreation Center by Shaw Contract Flooring for
$3,098.00 from Account No. 001-572-6204. (RECREATION DIRECTOR NORDQUIST)
• Decibel test showed noise level exceeded safe range.
