Pursuant to the attached letter from St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, the church is
requesting a waiver of $575 in fees for them to pursue a Variance before the Board of
Adjustment regarding the location of a sign for their Church in Ocoee.

Dear Mr. Shapiro,
Our church has had a long standing problem getting approved from the City of Ocoee a
church sign to be located on our property on Colonial Drive because of City code.
We would like to present our request to the Board of Adjustment for review and ask
that since we are a non-profit organization, and the expense involved, that the fees be waived
for a Board of Adjustment hearing.
