I am requesting to be placed on the agenda for the upcoming City Council meeting on October 1,
1996. My brief presentation/request will be in reference to sponsorship for the upcoming West
Orange Healthy Choice American Heart Walk.
I recently spoke to the Winter Garden City Council in which they agreed to a$500 Associate
Sponsorship level. Mr. Holis Holden,Winter Garden City Manager,has issued a challenge to the
City of Ocoee to do likewise. The funds raised from this event on October 5, 1996 at the West
Orange Trail will go toward vital research/programs for the American Heart Association.
I would welcome the opportunity to address the Ocoee City Council in regards to this
outstanding opportunity. Please contact me at your earliest convenience at 843-1330. Thank you
