Issue
Should the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final plat as
submitted.
Background
Cross Creek Phase II is a 146 single family private residential subdivision. The site has been
developed. Location is off Maguire Road south of Florida Turnpike.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City Commissioners approve the final
plat as submitted.
