SUBJECT: C. T. HSU & ASSOCIATES - WORK ORDER NO 1,
PPROGRAM FINALIZATION AND MASTER SITE PLAN DEVELOPMENT
Work Order No. 1 for Master Site Plan Development and Program
Finalization requests compensation for the first phase of the
expansion of City Hall and the Police Department. Work as outlined
in the Attachment "A" is to be completed in 30 days. The costs for
the work products are the fixed fee of $5, 600. 00 and reimbursables
not to exceed $1, 000. 00.
Staff recommends that the Honorable Mayor and Board of City
Commissioners (1) approve Work Order No. 1 in the amount of
$5, 600. 00 with an additional reimbursable cost not to exceed
$1, 000. 00, and (2) authorize the Honorable Mayor and City Clerk to
execute the Work Order No. 1.

WORK ORDER FOR
ARCHITECT SERVICES AGREEMENT
WORK ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT: EXPANSION OF CITY HALL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT
CITY: OCOEE, FLORIDA
ARCHITECT: C. T. HSU & ASSOCIATES
Execution of the Work Order by City shall serve as
authorization of ARCHITECT to provide for the above project,
professional services as set out in the documents which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
ATTACHMENTS:
[ x ] Program Finalization/Master Site Plan Development.
ARCHITECT shall provide said services pursuant to this Work
Order, its attachment and that certain Agreement of July 6, 1992,
between CITY and ARCHITECT which is incorporated herein by
reference as if it had been set out in its entirety. Whenever the
Work Order conflicts with said Agreement, the Agreement shall
prevail.
TIME FOR COMPLETION: The work authorized by this Work Order
shall be completed within thirty (30) days from the date this Work
Order is executed by the CITY.
COMPENSATION: The CITY shall compensate ARCHITECT a
negotiated fixed fee in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($5, 600. 00) , reimbursables not to exceed ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($1, 000. 00) for the service required under this Work Order.
ARCHITECT shall perform all work required by this Work Order; but,
in no event, shall ARCHITECT be paid more than the fixed fee set
forth above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have made and executed
this Work Order on this day of , 19 , for
the purposes stated herein.

PROGRAM FINALIZATION/MASTER SITE PLAN DEVELOPMENT
A. Program Finalization
1. Revi w and update the space needs assessment reports
prepared by PDR Architects, dated December 12, 1991.
2 . Space adjacency study of each department.
3 . Space adjacency study among all departments.
4 . Determine standards for individual work stations/office
and public areas.
B. Master Plan Development
Based on the Conceptual master plan as submitted, the
architect shall develop final master plan to document the
future improvement/development for the following:
1. City Hall and Police Station Complex
2 . Fire Station.
3 . Community Center.
4 . Withers-Maguire House area.
5. Existing Park and gazebo area.
