SUBJECT: Maguire Road Lighting and Landscaping
Professional Engineering Consultants, Inc., our Maguire Road design consultant, has
prepared preliminary roadway lighting and landscaping plans for your review.
A sketch showing the proposed work in each segment of the roadway is attached for
your review. Segment 1 runs from south of Roberson Road to Professional Parkway,
and Segment 2 runs north from Professional Parkway.
Representatives from PEC will present these plans to the City Commission tonight, and
will discuss each in detail, and be available to answer questions.
If the proposals are acceptable to the City Commission, we request City Commission
authorization by way of voice vote, to proceed with the concepts as shown or as
modified during the discussion.
