Re: Annual Budget FY1999/2000
Public Hearings and Workshop Dates
Attached is a proposed schedule for the annual budget process for the upcoming fiscal year. The
dates for the public hearings (9/9/99 and 9/22/99) have been reviewed by the City Manager and
do not conflict with the hearing dates for Orange County (9/8/99 and 9/23/99) nor the Orange
County School Board (9/14/99). Calendars for August and September indicating other City
meetings are also attached to help you in your decision making process.
Action Requested
Stall-requests the Mayor and City Commissioners select the dates for the August workshops and
approve the recommended public hearing dates.
