SUBJECT: THE 23RD ANNUAL ORANGE BLOSSOM ROAST &TOAST
ORLANDO AREA CHAPTER OF FL PUBLIC RELATIONS ASSOCIATION
At your November 7, 2000 meeting, please advise as to whether you wish to participate with the
other communities and the Chamber of Commerce by authorizing $300 from your Community
Relations Account. This requires an answer by November 8 per the attached memo re: call
from Gretchen Adent.

Re: The 23rd Annual Orange Blossom Roast & Toast
The Orlando Area Chapter of the FL Public Relations Association
Gretchen called to say that Oakland's Mayor Vanderley had contact her about
the local municipalities going together to reserve a white package @$1500
($300 each City to include the Chamber). This would reserve a corporate table
for 10. The Chapter plans to "Roast & Toast" the Orange County Chairman Mel
Martinez.
The deadline is Tuesday, November 7. However, Gretchen did say that she
believed that Wednesday, November 8, would suffice and be accepted.
I explained to Ms. Adent that you may present the idea to the City Commission
on Tuesday evening's meeting, and that I would contact her with your response.
