RE: Next Year's First Commission Regular Meeting Falls on January 1,2002
January 1, 2002, falls on the first Tuesday of the month,this Commission's regular meeting
night. In order to plan ahead for the calendar and advertising larger projects, it would be helpful
for staff to know ahead of time whether this meeting will be rescheduled or canceled. •
At the present time there are no projects in the schedule that would require a public hearing the
first week in January. Therefore, Staff respectfully recommends canceling the first regular
meeting in January.
