SUBJECT: Cambridge Village Plat
Attached for your review is a copy of the proposed plat of Cambridge Village
Subdivision. This subdivision is located on the south side of White Road east of Clarke
Road.
The proposed plat has been reviewed by City Staff and the City Attorney and City
Surveyor, and is in compliance with all City requirements.
A Letter of Credit has been provided to cover the cost of uncompleted work which
includes construction of the brick wall along White Road, landscaping and play area
equipment. The Letter of Credit will enable the City to have these items completed if
the developer should fail to do so.
I recommend that the City Commission authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
the proposed Cambridge Village plat.
