RE: Cancellation of July 2, 2002 Meeting
During the May 21, 2002, Commission meeting, Mayor Vandergrift broached the subject of
canceling the July 2, 2002, regular meeting, as several members would be out of town. I was
directed to review the schedule for public hearings and report whether there were any
scheduled for that meeting.
There are no public hearings in our advertising log scheduled for July 2. If you wish to cancel
that meeting, I will advise the newspapers and see that the notice is put on the website and
Channel 10.
