RE: Board Appointment for P &Z Commission
ISSUE
Pat Bond resigned from the Planning and Zoning Commission from a term ending April 2006.
Currently the nine-member board is made up of citizens representing the different districts as
follows: District 1 —2 members
District 2—3 members
District 3 — 1 member
District 4—2 members
Commissioner Johnson asked that we wait until this meeting to put this on an agenda as he had
someone in mind in District 3 to appoint in order to even up the representation. We have not yet
received the application; however, we expect it may be delivered to us before August 5 and we
can copy it for your review at that time.
