SUBJECT: ForestBrooke Phase 2 Plat
This plat consists of Phase II of the ForestBrooke subdivision, which includes 74 single family
lots. ForestBrooke Ph II lies on the east side of the property, which is bounded by Lake Apopka
to the West, State Road 429 to the east, Orange County to the north, and the Westyn Bay
subdivision to the south.
All required documentation pertaining to the platting of this phase has been reviewed and
approved by City Staff.
The Performance Bond posted for Phase I has been amended to include Phase II, since site
improvements for Phase I are mostly complete. This bond is in the amount of $633,120.14,
however, the estimate to complete Phase II is only $346,267.30. The Maintenance Bond will be
furnished to the City at the time of Certificate of Completion.
I recommend the City Commission approve the final plat of ForestBrooke Ph. II as submitted.
