ISSUE Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners appoint members to the Citizen Advisory Council for Ocoee Fire Department(CACOFD)? BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION On September 16, 2003, City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2003-20 establishing the CACOFD and adopting By-Laws for the board. The Resolution provides that CACOFD membership shall consist of no less than fifteen (15) members and no more than twenty-five (25) members. Six applications have been submitted listing this board as the first or only choice and they are listed in the order received: R.
