RE: Re-appointment to Board of Adjustment
(3-year term) (Members must be City residents)
ISSUE
Should the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners reappoint Member Jeffrey Cox to the
Board of Adjustment?
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The term of Member Jeffrey Cox ended May 1, 2004, and he wishes to be considered for
reappointment. Mr. Cox has served since May of 2001 and has attended all scheduled meetings.
RECOMMENDATION
Should they wish to do so, Staff respectfully recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City
Commissioners re-appoint Jeffrey Cox to continue to serve on the Board of Adjustment and
serve another three-year term to end May 1, 2007.
