fhow SPECIAL CALLED MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 30, 1994
PRESENT: Chairman Miller, Secretary Grafton, Member Waldrop.
ABSENT: Members Oliver and Shiver.
Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m. in the City Hall lobby and
announced that the purpose of the meeting was to choose a fifth member to serve as trustee
on the Board. Member Waldrop, seconded by Secretary Grafton, moved to appoint Joyce
Oliver to serve another term and to request that City Commission confirm that appointment
at their next meeting. Motion carried 3-0.
There being no further business on the agenda, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 a.m.
