Due to COVID-19 City Hall is closed to the public and is subject to change based on the
Governor’s Executive Order. The public may attend through electronic media by watching

interested party is invited to offer comments and/or questions during the hearing by

announcement of the recomputed proposed final millage rate and the percent by
