REGULAR MEETING HELD ON March 9,2020
I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. in the City Hall, Conference Room
#109. The roll was called and it was declared there was a no quorum.
A. PRESENT: Vice-Chair Graham, Members Carroll and Stewart. Also present
was Recording Clerk Kim McMillin.,
ABSENT: Chair Rainer, Members Maranan and Applegate. (Absent
Excused)
B. Handouts were printed to give away
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 PM.
