I.CALL TO ORDER
Special Magistrate Nikki Williams called the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Hearing to order at 1:00 p.m. in the
Commission Chambers of City Hall located at 150 North Lakeshore Drive,Ocoee, Florida.
II.SWEARING IN OF WITNESSES
Code Enforcement Clerk Mieras administered the oath to the Code Enforcement Officers and all intending to speak on a
case.
III.NEW CASES
CASE NO 2021-00382
OFFICER LOEFFLER 2397 OCOEE APOPKA RD Wf Fountains West LLC
Violation Cited:§108-34.C.
Summary: owners and operators shall repair damage to any part of the premises.
Observation: non-operational fountain in poor condition.
Officer Loeffler presented the case and gave its history. Officer Loeffler further explained that as of June 17,2021,the
property is still in non-compliance.The City asked for an Order of Compliance within 15 days,or thereafter to be fined
$50.00 per day until the property comes into compliance.
Conclusion:
Special Magistrate Nikki Williams ordered that in Case in#2021-00382, the respondent be found in violation as cited as
of May 13, 2021, and be given until July 02, 2021, to come into compliance or be fined$50.00 per day until found in
compliance.
