Subject: Piggyback off City of Orlando Contract (BI05-2056-5) for the Provision and Installation
of Fencing.
Background Summary:
As part of the first phase of improvements for Central Park the Park and Recreation Department is proposing to
upgrade the existing fence by replacing damaged and deteriorating chain link fence along the west boundary line
and within the park (football field and retention pond). Staff is requesting permission to piggyback off of the City of
Orlando's contract (8105-2056-5) for these services.
All-Rite Fence Company, Inc. has submitted a proposal to perform such services in the amount of $31,809.70,
based upon the aforementioned contract.
Issue:
Should the City Commission approve piggybacking off of the City of Orlando's contract with All-Rite Fence
Company, Inc. in the amount of $31,809.70.
Recommendations
Staff recommends proceeding with piggybacking off of the City of Orlando's contract and awarding the installation
of the fence to All-Rite Fence Company, Inc. in the amount of $31,809.70.

I. Replace 300 LF of 6' high chain link fencing and (1) 14' x 6' double drive gate with 6'
black vinyl chain link fencing and gate. (Retention Pond)
TOTAL $6,440.00
II. Replace 373 LF of6+1 chain link fencing and (1) 15' x 6+1 double drive gate with 6' high
black vinyl chain link fencing and gate. (Westside Perimeter)
TOTAL $7,578.80
III. Replace 1177 LF of 4' high chain link fencing, (5) walk thru gates and (2) 12' x 4'
double drive gates with4' high black vinyl chain link fencing and gates.
