Now that the interlocal agreement has been fully executed, we are proceeding with the construction process. Our Public Works Department staff held a coordination meeting on January 12, 2022, with the contractor to initiate the project. Unfortunately, as you may be aware, there is a long lead-time for fabricating and obtaining the mast arm components. Therefore, our contractor estimates a six-month timeframe for completion of the project, which includes ordering, delivery, and installation of the mast arm components. Our team will do everything in our control to expedite project completion. The contractor has submitted their proposal and our Public Works Director Joe Kunkel will provide additional project scheduling information once the mast arm delivery date has been verified. In addition, he will ensure his team provides periodic updates to your city staff. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Joe Kunkel at(407) 836-7970. Sincerely, C5) .:-Ackift:i:44 - __ _____ ____ _ _ Jerry L.
