I.CALL TO ORDER
Special Magistrate Skip Fowler called the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Hearing to order at 1:00 p.m.in the
Commission Chambers of City Hall located at 150 North Lakeshore Drive,Ocoee, Florida.
II.SWEARING IN OF WITNESSES
Code Enforcement Clerk Mieras administered the oath to the Code Enforcement Officers and all intending to speak on a
case.
III.NEW CASES
CASE NO 2022-00013
OFFICER LOEFFLER 2176 OCOEE APOPKA RD DOLLAR TREE STORES INC
Violation Cited:§51-13.
Summary:It shall be a violation to do work related to construction without first obtaining a permit.
Observation:Dollar Tree Stores Inc.installed long 6' PVC fence between wetland area and the dollar tree rear area
without a reviewed,approved,issued,paid-for and in-possession permit from the building department.
Officer Loeffler presented the case and gave its history. He further explained that as of March 17,2022,the property is
still in non-compliance.The City asked for an Order of Compliance within 30 days,or thereafter to be fined$75.00 per
day until the property comes into compliance.
Conclusion:
Special Magistrate Skip Fowler ordered that in Case in#2022-00013, the respondent be found in violation as cited as of
January 18, 2022, and be given until April 15, 2022, to come into compliance or be fined$75.00 per day until found in
compliance.
