Background Summary:
The terms of Members Glenn Richardson, Mark A. Scalzo, Wayne Vaughn, and Sam Woodson have all expired,
and all have indicated an interest in being considered for reappointment. The following reflects the attendance of
the board members considering reappointment: Glenn Richardson attended 8 of 10 meetings, Mark Scalzo attended
9 of 10 meetings, Wayne Vaughn attended 8 of 10 meetings, and Sam Woodson attended 5 of 10 meetings.
Issue:
Should Members Glenn Richardson, Mark A. Scalzo, Wayne Vaughn, and Sam Woodson be reappointed to the
CACOFD?
Recommendations:
Staff respectfully recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners reappoint Members Glenn
Richardson, Mark A. Scalzo, Wayne Vaughn, and Sam Woodson to serve on the CACOFD Board for another term
ending November 2009.
