Background Summary:
The terms of Members Warren Chanel, Charles Lawrie, Sally Laubenthal, and Frances McEachern have all expired,
and all have indicated an interest in being considered for reappointment. The following reflects the attendance of
the board members considering reappointment: Warren Channel attended 9 of 15 meetings, Charles Lawrie
attended 9 of 15 meetings, Sally Laubenthal attended 10 of 15 meetings, and Frances McEachern attended 9 of 15
meetings. There are no applications currently on file.
Issue:
Should Members Warren Chane!, Charles Lawrie, Sally Laubenthal, and Frances McEachern be reappointed to the
CACOFD?
Recommendations:
Staff respectfully recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners reappoint Members Warren
Chanel, Charles Lawrie, Sally Laubenthal, and Frances McEachern to serve on the CACOFD Board for another
term ending November 2011.
