THE CITY OF OCOEE POLICE PARKING INFRACTION
HEARING BOARD MEETING - September 18, 2008
I. Chairman Minarcin called the meeting of the City of Ocoee Police Parking Infraction
Hearing Board meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of City Hall. The roll
was called and a quorum declared.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Robert Minarcin, James Stein, Joe Chinelly and Matt Garland. Also
present was Staff Liaison Lt. Dreasher.
ABSENT: Carole Arney (excused), Victoria Laney (excused), Louis Torres and Recording
Secretary Betty Decker (excused).
II. PRESENT A TION OF CASES
Case #1 - 2008-02-5502 - Donna Knight
Ofc. Adams is not present so the case is dismissed.
Member Steins wanted to make a statement about the parking problem at Westgate Resorts and
suggested someone talk to the supervisor over there or to the security guard so the parking
violations stop.
Approval of minutes: A motion was made and seconded. to accept the minutes of August 21.
2008. Motion vassed unanimouslv.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
Meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
