THE CITY OF OCOEE POLICE OFFICERS' /FIREFIGHTERS'
RETIREMENT FUND BOARD MEETING - FEBRUARY 18,2009
I. Chairman Brown called the meeting of the City of Ocoee Police Officers' !Firefighters'
Retirement Trust Fund to order at 1 :07 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of City Hall. The roll
was called and a quorum declared present.
PRESENT: Chairman Brown, Member Rodriguez, and Member Gledich. Also present are
Attorney Dehner, and Recording Secretary Betty Decker.
ABSENT: Secretary Strickland and Member Coschignano (both unexcused).
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Gledich makes a motion to approve the Minutes from November 8. 2008, seconded bv
Member Rodriguez. Motion vassed unanimouslv.
For the Record, Member Joe Rodriguez has filed his paperwork with the board of elections.
III. AUTHORIZEIRATIFY PAYMENT OF BILLS
Secretary Strickland is absent so there are no payment of bills to ratify.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
Chairman Brown states that Doug Lozen from Foster & Foster will be present at the May
meeting. Fiduciary quote was received and copies were handed out to the member. Attorney
Dehner said the board needs to make a motion to make a purchase with the Labor Endorsement,
which is paid by separate check from the fund's money and will be reimbursed.
The motion was made bv Member Gledich. seconded bv Member Rodriguez. Motion vasses
unanimouslv.
V. REPORTS
Money Manager - Bogdahn Representative gives the last quarter of 2008 review. Investment
policy copies are given to Chairman Brown for signing.
VI. ATTORNEY COMMENTS
There is a national proposal in reference to retiree benefits that he will keep the board updated
about. He also mentioned that the drafting of the IRS amendments for pension protection has
been completed. Chairman Brown asks for an update regarding Merrill Lynch. Attorney Dehner
said he would have Greg Miller contact him directly to give him the update.

VII. COMMENTS
Member Gledich requested information on her start date with the board as she may need to step
down in the near future.
VIII. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting is ad;ourned at 1:47vm.
