RETIREMENT FUND BOARD MEETING -AUGUST 19, 2009
1, Chairman Brown called the meeting of the City ofOcoee Police Officers"/Firefighters'
Retirement Trust Fund to order at 1: 14 p.m. in the Commission mission Cham ers of City Hall. The roll
was called and a quorum deelar ed present.
RESENT: Chairman Brown, Secretary Strickland, and Member Rodriguez. Also present
are Awttor ey Dehner, Mike e Weller from Bogdalara, and Recording Secretary Betty
Decker.
ABSENT. Member Coscl ignano next sed .

After the board's discussion, a motion is made for a decision.

IV. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
Plan member Mike Reed is present to ask some questions regarding his drop plan. The Attorney
told him haat Foster & Foster tracks the accounts for bookkeeping records. Secretary Strickland
told lairs that if he selects the 6.5, he will get a statement showing five years of numbers. The
money stars in the plana. The Attorney asked if he received his paperwork and he said he did.
Secretary Strickland told lairs to send him an email to remind him to cheek on his paperwork.

Mike Reed also says that he did not know that Member Gledich had resigned from the board and
moved and feels that the board should have a plague made for her for her 16 years of service on
the board. The board is in agreement. H thea asked about the state money and what we
