essential part of the cultural, social and spiritual fabric of our
community; and

families are at the center of communities; that children live
better lives when their families are strong; and that families are
strong when they live in communities that connect them to
economic opportunities, social networks, and services; and
imeitea$, everyone has a role to play in making families successful,
including neighborhood organizations, businesses, non -profit
agencies, policymakers, and of course families themselves; and

2010, City of Ocoee residents should take time to honor the
importance of families and recommit to enhancing and
extending the special connections that support and strengthen
them, throughout the year; and

celebrate our families;

NATIONAL FAMILY WEEK
