PZ 01-28-1975 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD HELD JANUARY 28, 1975
I r PRESENT: Mr. Bowness, Turner, Lait, Brooklyn, Carter, McRobert -
ABSENT: THOMAS
Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P. M. by chairman, Mr. Bowness. Mr. Bowness
noted that we now have an opportunity to revise the rules of zoning before codi-
fication.
It was suggested that we go thru the zoning ordinance and evaluate for better
understanding.
The safety of mobile homes was discussed.
It was stated that the subdivision ordinance should be included in the new ordinance
form.
It was suggested that the Zoning Board ask to be included with the Commission in the
ordinance planning session.
A motion was made by Mr. Thomas and seconded by Mr. Turner to petition the City
Council to include the printing of the revamped and condensed Planning and Zoning
Code under separate cover from the ordinance printing.
A work session was scheduled for February 11, 1975.
A motion was made for adjournment by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Carter.
Meeting adjourned at 8:55 P. M.
