1 Present: Thomas,Lait, Brooklyn, Carter, & McRobert
2 Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM (DST) by Thomas.
3 No minutes were available of the last regular P & Z meeting.
4 No secretary present.
5 The City Manager presented a 'budget review' for 1974 -75
6 with one month left to run. Review of budget shows that
7 city is on budget schedule.
8 Total review indicates that the management of the city
9 appears to be in good hands, and progress is substantial.
10 Problems brought to light about 'industrial' zoning on
11 50' lots in the Kissimmee Ave. area.
12 Descussion concerning same and the relation to commercial
13 zoning on these lots. Tabled for further review.
14 Meeting adjourned at 10:15 plus or minus, PM (DST)
