PZ 11-23-1976 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD HELD
NOVEMBER 23, 1976
PRESENT: Bowness, McRobert, Brooklyn, Peck
ABSENT: Turner, Thomas, Carter
Chairman Bowness called the meeting to order at 10:30 P.M. and
appointed Mr. McRobert as acting secretary.
Minutes of the November 9th meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Peck moved that the names of Ray Lait and Jerry Kennedy be
added to the list already recommended to the City Commissioners
bringing the total number of members to nine. Mr. Brooklyn seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
Mr. Peck moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. Brooklyn.
Meeting adjourned at 10:40 P.M.
