FOR THE OCOEE FIRE DEPARTMENT
MEETING HELD MAY 10, 2012
CALL TO ORDER
Member Wilsen conducted the meeting and called the meeting to order at 7:00pm in the Station 25 Training
Room located at 563 South Bluford Avenue.
Recording Secretary Hall called roll and declared a quorum was present.
PRESENT: Members: Chairman Wilsen, Lawrie, Wilsen, Vaughn, Richardson, Channel, Chief McNeil
and Board Clerk Cam Hall.
ABSENT: Spears and Commissioner Johnson.

Pledge of Allegiance
Approval of Minutes: February 9, 2012 minutes were approved.
Motion approved l st by Channel and 2 by Richardson.
Motion carried 4 - 0
Members tried voting to elect a Vice Chairman to the committee.
Members were unable to pick a Vice Chairman.
Discussed St. Patrick's Day event.
Discussed Firefighters of the Quarter Robert LaBrunda was nominated
Motion approved l st by Vaughn and 2 by Richardson.
Motion carried 4 -0
Discussion of Station 38 and pros and cons.
Old Business: - .Chairman Wilsen discussed nominating a Vice Chairman and was unsuccessful at getting a
volunteer.
Discussed the success of Spring Fling.
New Business: Firefighter of'the Quarter Robert LaBrunda carne into the meeting to introduce himself and
tell a little bit about himself.
