They will have a motor home (listed on the permit under production vehicles) that will be used for restrooms. Additionally, production will not know for sure what time they will be filming at this park until the director scouts the area on Thursday. So at this point, production would ask for the extended hours still, but we will be able to give a more definitive time end of day Thursday. Production is happy to pay any fees that may be required with opening or closing the park before /after hours. Regarding other park patrons, besides use of the tennis courts, production will not interfere with anyone else playing at the park. Please know that the generator that production will be using is extremely quiet. (They have to have it quiet for when they film so it will be a very low tone.) Thirdly, it appears that they will be bringing several large trucks, possibly semi - truck size, onto park property prior to park hours, and that they will also have several large pieces of equipment, including a 16 foot generator on site. I need to know when and how these vehicles and equipment will be delivered to the site and used on the site, as I am concerned about the level of noise generated by the vehicles and the use of the equipment. The park is located in a residential area and the tennis courts back up to residential property on the south side of the park, this could be very disruptive to the residences surrounding the park. Based upon the above concerns, I would also recommend that a Park and Recreation staff member be on site during the entire time of the filming to address any potential issues or conflict of use with the tennis courts and that the filming company be responsible for the costs associated for this staff member.
