Background Summary:
The terms of Members Victoria Laney and Robert Yost will expire on January 1, 2013. Both have indicated an
interest in being considered for reappointment. The CACOPD Board meets bi- monthly and the following reflects
the attendance of the board members: Victoria Laney attended 4 of 4 meetings; Robert Yost attended 2 of 4
meetings. There are no applications currently on file.

Should Members Victoria Laney and Robert Yost be reappointed to the CACOPD?
Recommendations
Staff respectfully recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners reappoint Members Victoria
Laney and Robert Yost to serve on the CACOPD Board for another three -year term ending January 2016.
