Subject: Reappointments to the CACOFD
Background Summary:
The terms of Members Glenn Richardson and Wayne Vaughn expired on November 2012. Both members have
indicated an interest in being considered for reappointment. The CACOFD Board meets quarterly and the following
reflects the attendance of the board members: Glenn Richardson attended 4 of 4 meetings; Wayne Vaughn attended
4 of 4 meetings. There are no applications currently on file.
Issue:
Should Members Glenn Richardson and Wayne Vaughn be reappointed to the CACOFD?
Recommendations:
Staff respectfully recommends that the Honorable Mayor and City Commissioners reappoint Members Glenn
Richardson and Wayne Vaughn to serve on the CACOFD Board for another three -year term ending November
2015.
